REOVIB Measurement box
The REOVIB measurement unit 122 is disigned for easy setting and for testing the magnetic current of vibratory feeders.
Due to the pulse with modulated output voltage electronic multiple devices are mostly not suitable when using frequency converters for vibratory feeders.
In that case analog moving armature ammeters reliably help to define electromagnetic current and voltage.

REOVIB 6050 Test-Set
The REOVIB Test set is a microprocessor-controlled service unit for adjusting output power and determining the resonant frequencies of vibratory feeder drives. The unit consists of a frequency converter for operating the vibratory feeder, and an electronics module for measuring and dis¬playing the oscillation frequencies. All ope¬rating controls are mounted conveniently in the unit's front panel. The unit generates a frequency with a range of 35...140 Hz that serves to operate a vibratory feeder. The best operating frequency can either be adjusted manually or automatically by means of an amplitude sensor and the inte¬grated optimum frequency search function. The built-in meter displays the RMS value of the electromagnet's operating current. The digital indicator provides a permanent display of vibration frequency or output voltage (in percent).

REOVIB SWM 843
The REOVIB SWM 843 monitoring units are intended for measuring and displaying the behaviour of vibrating chutes. The measured value can be read directly as acceleration, vibration, or frequency value on the unit's 5-digit, 7-segment display.
Furthermore, the measurement value is available as a proportional 0/4...20 mA output signal.
Chute vibration is detected by means of an acceleration sensor. The measured vibration value is compared with preset minimum and maximum limit values. If either limit is exceeded, the corresponding alarm relay is triggered after an adjustable response delay time has elapsed, thus signalling a fault in the feeder chute.
To prevent incorrect measurements during feeder start-up, operation of the unit can be delayed for an adjustable period after the mains supply has been switched on.

REOVIB SWM 1000 Sensor
View Full Product InfoThe sensor SWM 1000 is intended for monitoring vibrating chutes. The sensor detects the acceleration of a magnetic or motor-driven vi-brating chute and provides one value of accel-eration and amplitude each. The sensor output can be directly connected to a measuring de-vice (with 0(4)… 20 mA input) or – for evalua-tion resp. monitoring purposes – to a PLC.
The measured value of the acceleration is con-verted into a 0(4)…20 mA DC current signal which corresponds to the acceleration value. An internal filter ensures that the measured value is free of any high-frequency disturbances. The output signal corresponds to the acceleration peak value of the vibration (+/- a [g]).
The amplitude value of the oscillation is calcu-lated from the measured value of the vibrating acceleration and the measured vibrating fre-quency and displayed in a 0(4)... 20 mA DC current signal. The output signal corresponds to the peak value of the vibration (+/- s [mm]). -
REOVIB SWM 4000
Handheld measuring instrument for vibratory conveyor equipment
Reliable and accurate instrument for the installation, testing and servicing of vibratory conveyor equipment. This unit supersedes REO‘s popular SMW3000 unit and incorporates many new features.
When combined with an appropriate accelerometer, the unit displays, acceleration, speed, vibration amplitude and frequency. It can store upto 40 instantaneous values and transfer these as an .XLS file to a PC via USB connection. The language may be set to allow worldwide use and the screen is backlit to allow easy viewing in all ambient conditions.
The unit is housed within a robust rubber casing and the integrated lithium-ion battery, can be charged easily via a USB interface to allow versatile operation. Optimization of the design, display and internal battery, means that the unit is faster, more reliable and yet is smaller and more convenient to use. The REOVIB SMW4000 instrument is supplied with a comprehensive list of accessories, consisting of USB cable and charger (traveler), protective cover, 100mV/g accelerometer, sensor mounting bracket and sturdy carry case.

REOVIB BK 032
The REOVIB BK 032 is a monitoring unit for vibrating chutes. Together with an acceleration sensor, e.g. REOVIB SW 10, the unit enables the acceleration forces of vibrating chutes to be monitored.
The measured vibration value is compared with preset minimum and maximum limit values. If either limit is exceeded, the corresponding alarm relay is triggered.
To prevent incorrect results during feeder start-up, an adjustable delay period can be activated, during which the measurements are not evaluated. The unit's built-in supply for sensor energization enables the acceleration sensor to be connected directly.
In addition to direct sensor connection, the unit also has an input for a 4...20 mA signal.

REOVIB VUI 126
The VUI-126 transmitter serves as power supply and signal conditioner for acceleration sensors of the “SW xx” series.
Thanks to its rugged construction in a die-cast housing, it is particularly suited for field use (protection class IP 65).
In combination with an acceleration sensor and a BK 032 acceleration comparator, the implementation of monitoring circuits for machines and vibratory feeders is a simple matter. Furthermore, the transmitter's output signal can be used for control purposes (acceleration control) or for direct connection to a PLC.
