Line Filter Chokes
NIEKE line chokes are used to meet EMC requirements by reducing the voltage rise (dV/dt) and inrush current, thus ensuring a reliable power supply to railway carriages.
For drive applications NIEKE also supplies single and three-phase line chokes for a 1%, 2% or 3% voltage drop and these are used for reducing harmonics.
