REO is an original manufacturer of high quality power equipment, including electronic controllers, components and electrical regulators.
The REOVIB MFS 6100 laboratory unit is a micro-processor controller that is used to adjust the feed rate and to determine resonant frequency. The unit comprises a frequency converter to drive the vibratory feeder and measurement electronics to determine and display the feeder frequency. Additionally the valves of acceleration, speed and amplitude can be displayed. The frequency setting can be adjusted manually or with the help of an accelerometer, which does an automatic frequency search . The RMS Current used by the magnet is displayed on a built-in ammeter. It is possible to store 40 parameter sets in the unit. An RS 232 interface can be used for uploading the data to a PC in excel format.
