Accelerometers in the REOVIB SW14 series are designed specially for measuring the acceleration of vibratory feeders. They are suitable for frequencies of 5...20Hz. The sensors use the piezo-electric effect and are provided with a band pass filter, amplifier and impedance matching components. The output signal voltage is proportional to acceleration. All components are encapsulated within a robust aluminium housing. Electrical connections are made through a four-core, screened cable. Each type of sensor can be provided with flying leads or plug connector.
