REOTRON SMP 24 -100
The REOTRON SMP series of primary-switched power supplies are used in process engineering plants and provide a controllable output of 0…24V, DC (voltage regulation), 0…100A (current regulation) or 5000W (power regulation). There is a digital front panel for adjusting and displaying the set-point, or an external control signal of 0…+10V, 0(4)…20mA may be used instead.
Alternatively, a fieldbus interface can be supplied; using Profibus DP, DeviceNet or CANBUS protocols. Furthermore, remote control using a GSM module (e.g. REODATA-GSM) can also be provided. The fieldbus system can provide instantaneous voltage, current and power readings to a master control system.

REOTRON SMP-ESM 19" Rack Mounted
The REOTRON SMP-ESM 19" rack mountable range of variable DC switch-mode power supplies guarantee a safe and stable electric power supply in process engineering plants and stand for highest quality. Primary switched power supplies with galvanic separation from the input to the output.
They can be used as voltage, current or power regulators. The units can be operated from an internal display, external control signals of 0…+10V, 0 (4)…20mA or optionally by a fieldbus interface such as Profibus-DP, DeviceNet, RS 232, Ethercat or CAN-BUS protocols.
The device input is designed for connection to a three-phase mains 3 x 400 V,+/- 10%, 50/60 Hz. Ripple p-p 100mV/200mV. Control accuracy 1% of the nominal value (higher on request).
The compliance of EMC standards is guaranteed by an input-sided PFC-mains filter. The units are compact, IP20 design in a 19 inch rackmount chassis and can be delivered as installation ready control cabinet version. Bench mounting versions are also available or as a tabletop unit (lab version). Naturally or liquid cooled. Connections are made via screw terminals and with copper busbar termianls for higher output currents.
Units can be combined to power supplies with higher ratings by connecting the units in series or parallel.

REOTRON MEW series, single-phase, microprocessor-based, thyristor-controllers are suitable for resistive or resistive/inductive loads, especially those with a high Rcold / Rwarm coefficient. Status relays indicate unit ready and fault conditions. Depending on settings, the controller normally operates on the phase-angle principle (standard setting).
It can also be used in a burst-fire mode. Phase-angle mode the unit works as a regulator for RMS current, RMS voltage or power. Adjustment is variable. External setpoint signals can be used for controlling current, voltage and power, or potentiometers may be used instead. A serial RS232, PROFIBUS-DP field bus interface can be used for remote adjustment.

REOTRON MDZ 2000
The range of REOTRON MDZ regulators are microprocessor based units designed to control thyristors in a 6- pulse controlled bridge (B6).The units comprise control and regulating electronics and also firing pulsegeneration and the pulse output module. The MDZ 2000 can be used as a current or voltage regulator, whereby output corrections are made relative to the appropriate setpoint input. The actual set point can be derived from an external potentiometer, 0…10 VDC or a 0…20mA / 4…20mA control signal. The standard feedback value is +/- 0…40 VDC for the rectifier output voltage and +/- 0…100mA forthe current output. The MDZ 2000 replace the previous MDZ 5941 design.

REOTRON EW 509
REOTRON EW 509 is a single-phase thyristor power regulator for load currents up to 15 A.
The control electronics are isolated from the mains voltage. Load power is controlled by means of thyristors operated in the phase-angle control mode.
The setpoint signal can be provided either by a potentiometer, or by a 0...+ 10 VDC or a 0(4)...20 mA control signal. Matching of load power to the required setpoint range is effected by internal trimmer potentiometers for Umin/Umax.
Remote control of the unit is possible by means of an enable/inhibit input. An internal control circuit compensates variations of the mains supply. The unit is mounted to a 35 mm DIN rail
