The designers of China's high speed, cross country bullet train have incorporated absorption circuit inductors (AMCs) and auxiliary transformers manufactured by power equipment manufacturer REO. The components have helped the train improve both safety and passenger comfort.

On Friday, September 6, the whole team here at REO turned off their computers earlier than usual and headed out to the Shropshire Food Enterprise center. But they weren't on the lookout for a post-work pint or snack, as you might be tempted to believe. Instead, everyone entered the Pork Pie Event and Competition organized by Heart of England Fine Foods.

I've read many articles focusing on the status of women in engineering roles which illustrate the unconscious beliefs and expectations we have as a society and our attitudes towards the gender issue.
