Sinusoidal Filter N Cnw 933
Three-phase sinusoidal filter
DESCRIPTION
NEW SERIES!
The new series scores not only with a faster delivery time but also with the conservation of resources and increased efficiency.
Sinusoidal output voltage – saves costs and problem-free operation. In the case of particularly long cable runs of> 100m between the frequency converter and the motor, the shielded cable used for EMC suppression can cause a capacitive coupling. A conventional motor choke cannot provide sufficient damping in such cases. The sine filter is a low-pass filter made up of inductance and capacitance and therefore has a very low resonance frequency. This enables it to generate a largely sinusoidal current. The operation and the loss of balance of the asynchronous motor behave like in normal mains operation. The typical motor noises during converter operation do not occur and a shielded supply line to the motor can be dispensed with depending on the system. Losses and heating are greatly minimized and the leakage current is reduced. Longer motor cable lengths can be used. The motor insulation is protected and thus the service life is increased. The sine filter also attenuates the conducted interference in the lower frequency range very well. The losses and the typical noises in the motor plate are reduced.
