Virtual presentations planned for 2021

After consultation with the exhibitors, & workshop providers the organisers of EMC & CI have decided to defer the scheduled EMC & CI event due to take place at Newbury Race Course in May 2021, to the 18 & 19th May 2022.

The organisers said that “The EMC exhibition which traditionally takes place at Newbury is very much a ‘hands-on’ experience with friends old and new, meeting to find out about developments in EMC and issues around conformity in general.

“Despite the recent positive news concerning vaccinations, it is believed that this won’t be soon enough to allow the exhibition and more specifically the training events to continue in a satisfactory way and a deferment is thought to be best and safest for all concerned”.

For May 2021 the organisers are currently working on a platform with virtual free exhibitor presentations and paid-for virtual Training and Technical Workshops. This virtual event is planned to start on the original date of May 19th 2021, with its contents able to be viewed and downloaded for at least a further month. More details on this will follow soon.
