Many transport companies are currently converting their entire fleet of buses from diesel to electric. The goal: in the medium term, all buses should be purely electric. In addition to the obvious advantages of an electric bus, such as emission-free travel, passengers appreciate the more pleasant driving behaviour and the significant noise reduction.

However, many remain hidden from the enormous technical effort in the background.

For example, the trouble-free operation of cell phones would not be possible without special components in the bus. The electric drives themselves and the long connecting cables required in the bus would create too many sources of interference. As a solution, REO offers all manufacturers of electric buses EMC filters or chokes of the new N CNW series to eliminate interference in the vehicles.

This means that there are no longer any sources of interference from the bus and passengers can also use the convenience of modern communication that they take for granted.
