Each BW156 unit features a robust aluminium-housed construction, offering excellent heat dissipation and mechanical stability. Recent work carried out by REO UK has shown the importance of effective cooling and vibration resistance in preventing resistor failure – particularly in applications where moisture, corrosion, or continuous braking loads are factors.
